On my Mac, there's no problem, but trying to render the attached file in a
Docker container, using the oracle-java-8 image, rendering pages with
pdfRenderer.renderImageWithDPI is hanging indefinitely (or at least, for a very
long time).
Similar to https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PDFBOX-3562 I'm using the java
startup -D parameter for KcmsServiceProvider.
