IMO the most important is pdfbox-app.jar, then the debugger app (which is part
of the main app too) and preflight. I wouldn't separate them. The other ones
I'd prefer to call them "libraries", or some words that indicate that these are
specialized parts. But not customized as there isn't anything customized.
