First update to version 1.8.13. Then make sure you have only one version of
pdfbox and fontbox. Check your .war file with a tool like 7zip to see whether
the file "org/apache/pdfbox/resources/glyphlist.txt" exists. If not, then I
suspect that something is wrong with your build.
