PDAppearanceContentStream.drawShape() has this:

contentStream.setBorderLine(lineWidth, annotation.getBorderStyle());
{code}
That code uses only the /BS dictionary for a dash. In annots.pdf, annotation
17, the 4th /Border entry is active but isn't used by the code.
