My bad - I've forgotten to take the {{/RD}} entry into account. If there is one
the border edges are offset by the respective value from the {{/Rect}}. If
there is no {{/RD}} entry Adobe Reader uses the original {{/Rect}} for the
border edges and creates the {{/RD}} entry and sets the {{/Rect}} to be the
original value + the corresponding {{/RD}} value.
