I'm not sure what this "major bug" is since the description just states some
facts and doesn't mention any actual problems nor propose any changes.
I know there were a lot of license notice requirements at the time (2010/2011)
and probably still are. I remember some of my merge requests were rejected
because they didn't have enough copyright/license information at the top of the
source code. It's also possible that my IDE was adding things like this in for
me and it made it into the repository in error.
In any case, I am the author and I am hereby providing written permission for
the ASF to remove the "Copyright 2010 adam" and "Copyright 2011 adam" lines
from PDFontTest.java, DecompressObjectstreams.java, and any other instances of
similar copyright notices in any other file within the PDFBox project.
If this does not unblock this ticket, please let me know what is required.
