I suggest you create a test like
{{TestFontEmbedding.testCIDFontType2VerticalSubsetProportional}} or
{{TestFontEmbedding.testCIDFontType2VerticalSubsetMonospace}}. Besides lots of
things that may not be relevant here, at the end they test that the extracted
text is the same as the created text. Another useful test to add can be seen in
{{PDAcroFormTest.testFlatten}} and others: a PDF file is created, rendered and
that one is compared to an existing image, but I can do this myself at a later
time, maybe with the example PDF creation.
