When Adobe Reader displays the annotation and creates the appearance stream,
then it adjusts the rectangle I have set (which is the inner rectangle) and
sets the /RD rectangle values.
I have attached two files, one created by the example, and one after viewing
with Adobe Reader and saving. Try looking at them with PDFDebugger and compare
the content in the annotation structures.
