[~tilman] I had to add a number of methods to {{PDAnnotationMarkup}} which are
specific to certain markup types in order to support handlers to the same level
as trunk. That means that users need to understand that some of the methods in
{{PDAnnotationMarkup}} are only specific to certain types. Should we add
{{UnsupportedOperationException}} in case they are used for the wrong type? I'm
a little hesitant to throw exceptions in such cases as we are low level anyway
