"Can u please tell me the possibilities for invalidation of the signature by
acrobat so that I can try at my end." - no, because there are too many. You
could look at the ShowSignature example in the source code download, and this
isn't even all what could go wrong.
"Can we generate the valid signature with invisible signature field in the
form?" - yes, see the CreateSignature example in the source code download. The
visual part of the signature is irrelevant for verfication,
"Besides cryptostuff is Bouncastle used to generate the valid signature?" Yes.
