By "Preview" I mean the OS X Preview app, which I use for displaying PS and PDF
files. It's possible that the bug is in there, but it is capable in general of
displaying documents with different orientations.
Yes, using Pageable seems to be the right approach. But even if I do that, the
result is the same.
I notice the the debug output you posted has "imageable: 451.27557373046875 x
697.8897705078125" for both pages - which looks to me like PDFBox uses portrait
for both pages, even though the crop box is correctly in landscape for the
second page... ?
