[~lehmi] I've finished the maven based local build. Please give it a try and
let me know if you face any issues.
As of now you can build the site using Jekyll and maven/node.js. I had to make
some compatibility additions to the layouts to support both while we are doing
the transition. Pending your feedback I'll remove the Jekyll based information
as a next step.
