I did some research on the last glyph of page 2:
In {{CFFParser.readFormat1Charset()}} one can see that the ranges are missing
for the cid {{14962}}. Then in {{Format1Charset.getGIDForCID(14962)}} there is
no result in the mappings so a backup solution is tried, which isn't successful
either.
Only after that I realized I hadn't looked what Adobe Reader is doing - it has
the same display as we do, although Chrome and PDF.js display all 4 glyphs on
page 2.
Thus I'd say we're fine.
