After resolving PDFBOX-4954 there are only those cases left where COSArrayList
is used as converter/bridge from COS- to PD-level objects. We should think
about the real purpose of COSArrayList. Do we really need to sync the COS and
the PD-level objects? Maybe it is ok to limit that class to convert those
objects from one level to the other?
