I assume this patch is against the version before I made my changes, because it 
gets refused ("Cannot apply hunk"). However both of your files get opened and 
read with the current code. But don't worry, when it's all done I'll also have 
two test files created not with PDFBox to make sure that the code is good with 
files without the length entry.
