Re maven-download-plugin, could you please try what version works for you? I
recently updated it from 1.3.0. There are lots of versions in between
[https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.googlecode.maven-download-plugin/download-maven-plugin]
and I'd like the highest possible.
