We're not really GUI focused, there are so much other things to do. There's
PDFDebugger. If you want a GUI merge, use PDFSam which is based on a fork of
PDFBox.
Re "split", one could add a save for individual pages to PDFDebugger (memo for
me: use getSelectionPaths() in ui/Tree.java)
