The example is intentionally kept very colorful.
Normal Appearance can have frame and/or transparent fill in any color.
Rollover, Down and Redacted Appearance may have another color (same for all of
them).

Yes... depending on the size / complexity a signed ICLA might be needed.
Is this just the PD class or also appearances?
