I didn't find any other relevant mentioning of *Filter* in ISO 19005-1 and the
two technical corrigenda. Thus, I think my comment above holds
So maybe PDFTools simply also hasn't fully implemented the corrigenda yet.
veraPDF also is complaining about the *Filter*. But they at least explain and
in the explanation refer to the original wording. So they definitively ignore
the second corrigendum in this context.
