In case of [^PDFJS-10326.pdf] the situation is the other way around compared
with the OP's file: Here the cross references are wrong while the object
numbers are right...
(As mentioned before, an attempt to fix not-matching objects and cross
references will almost certainly in some cases mis-fix...)
