PDFBOX-3293 is an unsolved problem with requires major work. The best solution
would be that the creator of this label uses a different font.
Another solution would be to use the solution that Alexandr Scherbatiy did,
which is using the jdk font engine instead of the PDFBox font engine, and see
whether this works.
