[r1906301|https://svn.apache.org/r1906301] introduced a performance regression 
for big pdfs. I've added another cache to avoid that. I'm not super happy with 
that solution and I guess it is just a workaround. Once the refacotring of the 
xref parser is done there should be a better solution.
