Andreas Lehmkühler commented on PDFBOX-5539:
--------------------------------------------

I've added a view for the cross reference table. I've changed the View-menu so
that one can choose one of the following view modes:
* Show Pages
* Show internal structure
* Cross reference table

The third one is the new one a lists all objects from the cross reference table
ordered by the object number. There are two different kind of objects, usual
objects and objects as part of an object stream. The listed object stream
number is the object nuimber of the object stream itself, so that it should be
easy to find the compressed object stream itself.

Any feedback is appreciated

> For analyzing potentially erroneous PDFs it would be quite helpful to be able
> to show the CRT (Cross Reference Table/xref) and navigate to its entries.
> Some software does provide rather technical (and therefore quite precise)
> information about errors in the PDF files mentioning the object number in the
> pdf file instead of page numbers. With PDF-Debugger, I currently have to
> navigate the Document Catalog Tree structure to find the object. Furthermore,
> navigating the tree structure does enable one to view unreferenced objects.
