is incorrect, you're working on a closed document after that. I'm surprised
that this has worked in the past. Maybe because 3.0 loads stuff on demand.
[~lehmi] just a thought, I haven't looked at it: when parsing "on demand" is it
possible to know that the PDDocument has been closed?
