There are now two additional Indian scripts supported, Devanagari and Gujarati,
see their GSUB workers. There is a lohit-tamil font available and the best is
that its GSUB tables are of type 4 which we support. The work that needs to be
done is described in
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/typography/script-development/tamil
So the "only" thing needed would be a GsubWorkerForTamil class and a change to
the GsubWorkerFactory class and the Language class.
