As reported on the mailing list. After a lot of discussion there I've been able
to reproduce the issue by modifying the 4th value of /ByteRange in the test
file used to test PDFBOX-5521 (test file is from PDFBOX-2859, the test was
added yesterday in PDFBOX-6070).
