Description: Valery Bokov mentioned that we have some dead code in
PDFMarkedContentExtractor. I'll remove that for now. It has been there for 15
years. Although the use case for it might exist (the same code exists in the
classic stripper), we'll wait until having a support request, adding the code
back in in a way that it gets used, and having a test for it. At this time,
PDFMarkedContentExtractor is used by our own tests and by at least two
