Fix For: 4.0.0
The BaseParser shall handle the basic parsing stuff and COSParser shall handle
the COS-stuff. But the code is mixed up, so that both are doing both.
The code has to be refactored so that both classes are just implementing
functionality that they are supposed to implement.
