As reported by [~torakiki] in the users mailing list, if
"validxmp/Notepad++_A1b.xmp" is parsed, serialized and reparsed, it fails
because xmlns:stEvt="http://ns.adobe.com/xap/1.0/sType/ResourceEvent#"; is
missing. I also tried to expand DeserializationTest so that it would reparse
what it serialized, and got many failures.
