Discovered during mass testing of serialized leniently parsed XMP: non standard
namespaces are not collected in rdf:RDF, this feature is active in
rdf:description. The serialization bugfix (PDFBOX-2378) puts all namespaces in
rdf:RDF. While this could be fixed (tricky!) we might nevertheless encounter
XMP in the wild that has a non standard namespace in rdf:RDF, thus I'll add a
detection anyway.
