If a combo box uses export values and display values, then PDFBox uses the
wrong text in constructAppearances.
The COSName.V entry holds the export value. If there are no export values, then
it is a display value.
For the appearance, the display value should be used, so the display value must
be determined beforehand and used in setAppearanceValue.
