I'd go for the change to decodeTypicalPredictedLineTemplate1 for the moment.
Looks OK to me. decodeTypicalPredictedLineTemplate0 doesn't have
grReferenceValue so I'm not sure what you did change there.
Havn't really worked on that topic yet so this is by a very quick scan of the
source
