Fix For: 2.0.38, 3.0.9 PDFBox, 4.0.0
Replace the "/sylfaen 0 Tf 0 g" entry with "Helv". This is for the intermediate
PDF file when signing so it's not actually used at the end. But it is
super-weird so it should be replaced. This has been since the beginning.
