It was a good catch by Justin. You might clarify the report, Tao.

Hi Justin,
I have added some explanation to the report:
"`pegic` and `meta-proxy` are still in the initial stage. Developing
under the "pegasus-kv" organization gets us full control of the Github
settings so that we can move faster. `admin-cli` is nearly completed and
license-cleared and will soon be migrated to Apache. The projects will all
eventually be moved to Apache."
Sorry for getting you confused.

Hi,
I notice the report states "We have open-sourced 3 subprojects that were
maintained outside the Apache orgnization:" can you please add some detail
to why this was done and why they are being developed outside of the
project / Apache.
Also having repos with similar names to Apache projects [1] can cause user
confusion and is not in line with ASF branding and trademarks policy. I
suggest you check with trademarks but IMO it would be best if the repros
were made part of the Apache (unless there is a very good reason not to do
so) or renamed to not include Pegasus in their name.
Thanks,
Justin
