OK, I found out the answer to this. You're site is generated into the **output** folder of the **asf-site** branch (by buildbot) and the website is served from that output folder - but you have old files in the root that are no longer updated. The report to the Privacy Committee isn't smart and it sees the old files on disk, even though they are not part of your published website. So its a false positive on the report - sorry about that - I'm asking Infra if they can make the report smarter -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
