Thanks Matthew. As far as I can tell I am unable to assign myself to issues in incubator-pekko. There is not an option (settings icon) to do this around 'Assignees' so this is stuck as 'No one assigned'.
e.g. I am working on https://github.com/apache/incubator-pekko/issues/243 but haven't been able to change this. We have had cases in the past where multiple people unknowingly work on the same task (which occurs more frequently with the project at the current state because there is a lot of low hanging fruit).
