I've renamed the files in https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/incubator/pekko/1.0.0-RC2/
The files are unmodified but it is better that people get to vote on this form of the files because this is what will be released (if the votes pass). Here is my +1 again (just in case). I've adjusted the Pekko Release Process [1] to reflect what we've learned today.
