The vote on the Incubator list has passed. The 1.0.0 jars have been published to repository.apache.org staging area. I haven't yet pushed the v1.0.0 tag to the git repo. I will do so when I get back from traveling in few days.
This double check on the 1.0.0 jars is open for at least 24hrs and the jars will only be published after at least 1 PPMC member verifies that they march the RC2 jars
