Hi everyone, The vote on the Incubator list has passed. The 1.0.0 jars have been published to the repository.apache.org staging area.
The double check on the 1.0.0 jars is open for at least 24hrs and the jars will only be published after at least 1 PPMC member verifies that they match the RC1 jars.
