which doesn't exists in perl <= 5.6.1, and in 5.7.2 it says:

       This document is unfortunately rather sparse as of
       2001-Sep-17.

So the author lives in the future, and the future doesn't seem to be good
:) Not talking that it redirects the readers to perlothrtut.pod, which at
least has some meat.
