For the build process problems we have t/REPORT. But what about post-install problems? Especially for binary distros, which won't carry t/REPORT? We need to install something like Apache::BugReport which can be called as:
perl -MApache::BugReport -eprint or to make a small script (e.g. modperlbug) and install it on the system.
