If this becomes the default (uncontrollable by user) 'PerlModule 
Apache2' should be called internally as well.

While we are at this topic, what would be the advisory for Apache:: 
modules writers. If their 2.0 version is incompatible with 1.0, should 
they adopt the same strategy? If so we should provide a copy-n-paste 
recipe for their Makefile.PLs.
