Yep - it's all working fine now.  I still get a test skipped because it 
thinks I haven't got apr-config, though:

apr-ext\uuid......................skipped
        all skipped: the build couldn't find apr-config

I also noticed that a few other tests are skipped becuase I haven't got 
CGI.pm 3.01 or higher.  As far as I can see 3.00 is the latest.  Is 
there a 3.01 release coming soon?  I need to check that a temporary file 
clean up patch that I sent Lincoln a while ago will be in it 
(http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=apache-modperl-dev&m=106137320903099&w=2).
