The file
is the distribution I have for the windows, and I don't think it is the ActiveState version. I did use ActiveState binary distribution for windows before, it is not as comprehensive as the version mentioned above in terms of the packages included. So I guess my wish is to have the AIX5.1 binary version equivalent to the version in the above file.
The AIX5.1 binary I found at http://aixpdslib.seas.ucla.edu/packages/perl.html does not have the packages I need (such as Crypt::SSLeay, HTML, and LWP).
Is this a better description?

If you are talking about the ActivePerl build for AIX, you should ask at
ActiveState. If not, then I don't know, as we don't supply one.
