Apart from the problem you found today with the segfault, I'd say (but perhaps Steve has a better feeling) that, as far as Win32 goes, the current problems with the tests are fairly isolated, so shouldn't hold up a release on that account. I'll be back in a few days to look at them, though it seems Steve has a good handle so far.
