don't forget that you'll need to roll an Apache-Test RC as well and release them together - we typically release A-T when we release mod_perl so that users of $Apache::Test::VERSION features from CPAN can be sure that they are in $mod_perl::VERSION.
Oh, I wasn't quite aware of that one. So should I just go ahead and make an A-T RC right away ?
