[mp2] Unit tests

I'm the interest of doing this properly if dev@ is willing to give me 
enough time to help you guys out, I'll be bringing up issues in separate 
emails from here on in.

A couple of times I've heard that modules will never have to deal with 
using "use Apache2", that it's just a "configuration" issue on the 
client side.

If so, how are you dealing with unit tests at the moment?
If Apache::ThirdPath wants to write a unit tests script, what would they 
look like?
