Is this as part of PhoenixDriver.close(), [~samarthjain]? We removed the call
to executor.shutdown() from ConnectionQueryServicesImpl.close() because it was
causing hundreds of internal tests to fail, so we can't go that route.
[~mujtaba] - any comments?
