Patch looks good, [~gabriel.reid], but would you mind fixing that we're not
using the statement fetch size either (PHOENIX-1407)? It should be as simple as
adding in QueryCompiler.compileSingleFlatQuery() the following call:

scan.setCaching(statement.getFetchSize());
