I've committed PHOENIX-1537. The three tests that take the longest now are:
| LocalIndexIT | 435 sec |
| GlobalMutableIndexIT | 329 sec |
| QueryIT | 318 sec |
This still seems far too long for QueryIT - I've filed PHOENIX-1538 for that. I
think this patch is fine to commit now.
